Its founder, Ricardo Bocanegra, holds a bachelor´s degree in law from the University of Seville in the speciality of Public Law and is a qualified administrative manager.Having graduated in Law and qualified as University of Seville in the speciality of Public Law and qualified as administrative manager, Ricardo Bocanegra has from the outset of his career specialized in immigration matters. Furthermore, Britain's former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, sent him a letter of gratitude and congratulations for his defence of the interests of British nationals in Spain.He is deeply involved in Marbella´s social and business life; he is a member of the ClT. Executive Board and the Secretary of Marbella's Gastronomic Academy.
He has been the official opening speech-maker of Marbella's Holy Week and of the town's Patron Saint´s day. He is fluent in both English and Russian.
