Masaje terapeutico: es un tratamiento que dura una hora, comprende varias tecnicas, reflexologia en los pies, digitopresiones sobre los puntos de acupuntura, meridianos de shiatsu, drenaje linfatico, masaje craneosacral a la cabeza, indian head massage, aromaterapia. El paciente esta' boca arriba, empiezo el masaje en los pies, reflexologia, puntos de los meridianos, escucho la energia que me habla de contacto con la tierra, de como la persona camina en su vida, de la posibilidad que tiene de avanzar y donde estan su obtaculos. Siguo en las piernas haciendo un recorrido en los meridianos, y drenando la linfa, siguo dando estiramientos y relajando las piernas.Luego paso a los brazos, y alli' es donde se encuentra la energia del corazon, percibo la energia del meridiano y uso aceite de rosa para suavizar la vibracion, ademas en los brazos se encuentran tambien los meridianos de pulmon, de intestino grueso y delgado, y del pericardio. Es muy importante relajar los brazos, y los dedos.

Luego trato el abdomen y el torax, donde se encuentran las emociones mas intimas y la parte mas yin del cuerpo, va tratado con ternura y respeto, con aceites esenciales que pueden ayudar el estomago, la digestion y el higado, a veces es necesario usar cristales y tambien los productos de Aura Soma, terapia de color. Despues del abdomen, voy a relajar el cuello y la cabeza, masajeando el cuero cabelludo, y digitopresion drenante a la cara. Algunos minutos de canalizacion de reiki a los chakras superiores.

A este punto ya paso' media hora y pido al paciente que se ponga boca abajo, para tratar la espalda y las piernas. Hago el masaje drenante a las piernas con estiramientos e presiones, luego paso a la espalda, donde uso varias tecnicas de osteopatia, shiatsu, friciones. Puedo usar varios tipos de aceites, segun la energia que se encuentra, cristales, Aura Soma o presiones especificas en los puntos mas criticos. Existe un mapa, crono - reflexologia, donde se puede encontrar la corespondencia entre las contracturas a la espalda con una fuerte emocion, triste o feliz, vivida en una fecha determinada, porque' cada vertebra coresponde a un año de vida de la persona, lato izquierdo y lado derecho, empezando con el atlante, la primera vertebra que sostiene el craneo. Una vez determinado el evento, la persona reconoce la emocion, la pone en corespondencia con la contractura y asi' la puede resolver, trabajando con un tratamiento de presiones, y resolviendo emocionalmente in manera positiva desarollando la introspecion hacia lo vivido.

El tratamiento se termina cerrando energeticamente el campo aurico, dando la gracia a mi guia espiritual que me ha acompañado y al guia del paciente que ha permitido de entrar en su espacio y poderlo sanar.

Candida's symptoms:
Constant fatigue

DIET: Without strict adherence to the following diet, no anti-candida drug or treatment will succeed:

(1) Avoid added sugars (including fructose, fruit juices, honey, molasses, etc.) and all sugar-sweetened foods and snacks, including cakes, cookies, candies, desserts, sodas, fruit-juice and ice-cream, unless they are made with sugar-substitutes like stevia extract, which is a natural sweetener, available at healthfood stores; or xylitol. If you can cut out sugars for 3 days, their 'spell' will possibly be broken and you may be able to resist them quite easily, esp. once any thyroid, chromium and/ or manganese deficiencies, or a high free-insulin level ('Syndrome X'), which can cause hypoglycemia and sugar cravings, are corrected. 1-2 servings of whole-fruits per day (except the very sweetest kinds, like grapes, watermelon and mango) are OK.
(2) Avoid white-starch foods, like white bread, cakes, cookies, white pasta, white rice, potatoes w/o their skins, and all refined flours, etc.. Whole-grain flour, in moderation, is acceptable; also potatoes with their peels, whole-grain brown or wild rice, whole-grain pasta (usually available in the deli section of supermarkets.
(3) Increase your intake of saturated fats* and essential oils, especially omega-3 oils, which are very lacking in the Western World's diet. These include meat, fish and dairy fat, including: Fish oils, and oily fish, like salmon, mackerel, tuna-in-oil, sardines-in-oil, etc.; Flax-seed and borage oils. One tablespoon of flax seeds or its oil, or one 1000 mg capsule of each of these, twice daily, should fit the bill. Some of these oils can be used as salad-dressing, or on whole-grain breads or baked potato, instead of olive or canola oil. Avocadoes, nuts, olives and olive-oil, canola and other vegetable oils are mostly omega-6 oils, which are also good but not as lacking in our diets. Avoid trans-fats strictly.
(4) Avoid antibiotics and synthetic cortisone-/ steroid-type prescriptions if at all possible.

Our address is Casa no 2, Finca el Pernet, 12 Avienda de Pernet, Diana Park, Estepona, Malaga. Diana Park is situated on the A7/N340, 2 km from San Pedro, in the Estepona direction. Easy free parking is available in the road outside the clinic. As the clinic is private & client confidentiality is most important we do not have a front door entrance on the road.
